Booster explosives serve as the connecting link in the ammunition system and influencegreatly the security and reliability of the ammunition system. Heat resistance and resistance tophysical impact performance of TATB based PBX was better than any other known material,So materials researchers give close attention to it. The ultrafine TATB, especially nano TATB,not only retains the insensitive of ordinary TATB, but also has the characteristics of Explosionenergy release more completely, the critical diameter smaller, detonation wave spread fasterand more stable. Therefore, the preparation process of ultra-fine TATB is depth studied Hasimportant significance.The paper firstly summarized the research situation on refining technology andsimulation technology of the explosives at home and abroad.The concepts and theoriesinvolved in the refining and Simulation process of explosives were also analyzed.Secondly, The ultrafine TATB particle was prepared with alkali-acid recrystallizationmethod and lonic liquid-water recrystallization method. Scanning electron microscope, XRDanalysis, DSC analysis and impact sensitivity are used to analyze the coating samples. It canbe found that the particle sizes of TATB distribute from50nm to100nm and100nm to200nm,respectively crystal structure of TATB has not been changed in the refining process, andparticles become a rule crystal shape. Compared with the raw material, its steel dent havebeen improved and thermal stability have been reduced.Finally, Molecular dynamics method was used to simulate the reciprocity of moleculeswithin the HMX/TATB-based three components composite material from the angle ofpreferred adhesives. The comparative model of three components is constructed. The bindingenergy of HMX and TATB with polymer F2314、F2311、VitonA and F2614are calculatedrespectively under the same condition. In addition, the total binding energy of the PBX system also are calculated and obtained respectively the sort of the binding energy of seriessupramolecular. The result indicated that F2311is an appropriate binder for the PBX incomprehensive consideration of the binding effect. At the same time, The max bond andaverage bond of components in the PBX, which is easy to knock, has been counted on thisbasis. And based on the criterion, the sensitivity of different components of PBX has beendiscussed. According to the principle of Urizar method, a c++program was editored to calculate thedetonation velocity of four formula. These can provide abundant information and reference evidence forjudging or predicting the relative safety of energetic composites....
