| With the development of national economy, urbanization is increased in Chinarapidly. To solve the traffic problems, the urban rail car is widely used in main citiesin China, and manufacturing industry of urban rail car advances rapidly. Forimproving production efficiency, reducing production cost, it’s essential to managemodern enterprise through PLM, to realize lean production with modeling digitalfactory.It makes the digital factory model of side wall of urban railway carriage onlaser welding robot working station in this paper. Firstly, it analyzes completely theworking station from the aspects of product, process and resource. It uses the CATIAtemplate, part design and assembly design, to construct a3-D model of products andresources. And it’s easy to check the part size and assembly relation using this model.The DELMIA software is used for modeling with different templates of DELMIAfor PPR-HUB. By layout characteristic of weld seam in side wall of urban railwaycarriage, genetic algorithm is used for solving the laser welding path planningproblems to get the optimum result, and then the process is formulated. By analyzingthe station’s safety, the collision and interference problems are solved in weldingprocess. Finally, off-line program is exported in off-line programming template ofDELMIA.The off-line program exported by DELMIA does not match with the controlprogram of COMAU robot. So the author develops a language transformationsoftware using VC++, to transform XML files to the COMAU robot program files,through analyzing the grammar of XML files and COMAU robot program files. Sothat the Robot could recognize the off-line program, at end of the research to realizethe destination of off-line programming(OLP).Management level is improved greatly by digital factory. The simulation andmodeling of laser welding robot working station in virtual environment greatly improves the productivity of industrial robot, and cuts down the production cost. |
