Blast-hole stemming is the necessary links in blasting, it has a direct impact on the quality of blasting. on-stemming or bad-stemming will engender numerous fly rock and toxic gas, and production strong air shock wave, then cause casualties. So researching of blast-hole stemming is very meaningful for improving blasting effect and harm reduction.Based on surveying of mines, I combine the production achieved in stemming length and stemming movement rule by home and abroad scholars. I introduce the decisive factors causing whether the blast-hole is plugged up, the stemming function of blast-hole as well as the effect of blasting in different materials for stemming and stemming or non-stemming,then I make detail and thorough study about stemming length and stemming movement rule.At first, I utilize the energy density theory, infer the relationship between the bottom burden and stemming length. Then I analyze the process of blasting which has been shoot by the high-speed video in the Nanfen and Gongchangling mine, and use the BLASTER’S MAS software to track the stemming effusive process. Next I statistics data of the process, and comb in the stemming movement rule in the blast-hole. I make the hypothesis about the motion process, that is to say that the stemming’ movement is partitioned three part when it spurt the blast-hole, and when every part achieve the highest point it will achieve the velocity peak. Furthermore I prove this hypothesis by area measure. Finally I analysis the force of the below stemming by Newton’s movement laws and get the proportion of the below stemming in the whole stemming. |
