The extracellular polymers is a kind of substance with noncoherent and transparent grume or colloid attached to the bacterial surface or enclosed the bacteria. Its main constituent is polysaccharide, including polypeptide, protein and fat. The bacterial leaching is happened in the EPS which modifies the absorption of sulfide surface, affects the ion exchange and prompts the oxidation activity. It also improves the bacterial response to the environmental dangers. The research provides the theoretical guide. The experiment has two footholds. On one hand, the pHenol-sulpHuric acid is utilized to measure the polysaccharide change in the EPS of HQ0211typed bacteria by studying Fe’ As(Ⅲ),As(Ⅴ),quartz, pyrite. arsenopyrite and aurine mine oxidation process. It is analyzed to find out the influential factors of the extracellular polysaccharide changes. On the other hand, the FT-IR is utilized to measure the chemical bonds of the extracellular polysaccharide by measuring As(Ⅲ). As(Ⅴ), quartz, pyrite. arsenopyrite and aurine mine oxidation in the stable pHase. It is studied for the functional groups composition and changes of extracellular polysaccharide. The results show that procreative amounts are affected by the ion concentration for the extracellular polysaccharide of HQ0211typed of bacteria. The experimental results are that the optimum condition of extracellular polysaccharide exudation is12g/L for the Fe2+in the culture medium, the polysaccharide content is0.0999×10-6mg per bacteria, the procreative amount of extracellular polysaccharide by As(Ⅲ) menace is higher than As(V), the polysaccharide content increases along with increase of pyrite pulp, the extracellular polysaccharide content is0.198×10-6mg per bacteria when the pytite pulp is2.0%. the procreative amount is the maximum for the extracellular polysaccharide content when the arsenopyrite pulp is1.5%and that the single bacterial extracellular polysaccharide content decreases because the aurine mine pulp increases. O-H and-C=C-bond exists in the extracellular polysaccharide and the excursion is happened in the different cultural conditions.
