Nowadays, tube bundle dryer is one of the most advanced dryers. Tube bundle dryer adapts to the development of times by the features of energy conservation and high efficiency, and it is widely used.In this thesis, the design standards of tube-equipment was summarized, and the static analysis of the combination under bending and torsion was carried out in according with the actual engineering. The results showed that, the stress mainly affected the edge angle and the junction between tubesheet and tubes and the overall stress in tubesheet and head was very little. The results of overall analysis provided the basis for building the partial model.The results of overall analysis showed that, tube-equipment mainly bore internal pressure and thermal effect. This thesis broke through the traditional methods and considered the influence by temperature, then the temperature field of the partial model under the conditions of preheating and stability was calculated, which was the temperature loads in thermal-structural coupled analysis. The results showed that because the heat exchange in steam export was more prominent than steam import, the temperature difference of steam export was larger, so that the steam export was the focus in this paper.In addition, the several conditions of tube-equipment were discussed and the stress field was calculated. As tube-equipment affected by internal pressure and thermal load, the traditional methods was broke through in stress analysis and the stress of tube-equipment was classified according to the JB4732-95.Then the thesis selected the specific paths to do the linear processing and strength checking. The results showed all paths were safe.As tube-equipment may lead to instability by internal pressure, tube-equipment was conducted the buckling analysis and the critical load was gained, which provided significant guidelines to choose the heat transfer medium in practical engineering problems.
