Organophosphorus is an important class of compounds, and many of them possessbiological activities and optical activities. The importance of them in synthetic, agrochemical, and medicinal chemistry has been well documented throughout the years.Dialkyl arylphosphonates are important intermediates in the synthesis of pesticides andbiologically active compounds. Therefore, in recent years, it causes the interest ofpeople. This thesis contains three parts. Firstly, we descried that the addition of phosphonylradical to pyridinone afforded the corresponding3-phosphonyl pyridinones under thepromotion of Mn(Ⅲ) acetate. Secondly, we studied that the addition of phosphonylradical to propiolate gave3-phosphonyl coumarin derivatives in the presence ofK-OMS-2. Lastly, we developed a new synthetic method for spirocyclohexadienonederivatives by the reaction of alkyl phosphite with propiolamide catalyzed byK-OMS-2.The structures of products were all confirmed by1H NMR,13C NMR and HRMSspectra.
