This paper explore new technologies on preparing Ag-Cu-Zn-Sn-based silver-base intermediate temperate filler metal, access to electromagnetic suppression of experimental data about the Ag-Cu-Zn-Sn-based silver-base intermediate temperate filler metal. This filler metal is as the main object of study. According to the reasonable experimental study program, the BAg45CuZnSn silver-based solder is chose as the research object at the national standard and select the four components that the ratio of silver is44%,45%,46%,47%. Manufacture1mm and2mm round compacts by electromagnetic forming experiments. Then record of experimental data for building pressed equations, which reveal the law on silver-based solder shaping by electromagnetic compaction.Research methods such as theoretical analysis, process experiments and ORIGIN software fitting curve are used in this paper. With the existing experimental conditions, we can establish a corresponding relationship to derive a theoretical equation by the momentum theorem, the theorem of kinetic energy, the natural strain and the nonlinear Kelvin model. Determine the theoretical equation parameters by origin the software curve fitting equation, ultimately get pressed equation about cadmium-free silver-base intermediate temperate filler metal by electromagnetic pressing.The theory equation isAccording to the powder composition ratio and the elements of the density calculation compact, get theoretical density, theoretical size, powder apparent density, compact density.
