In recent years, the development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization, arise more environment pollution problems. So more attentions should be paid to the environment protection. In this paper, the treatment efficiency of low COD concentration of sewage with the complex biological membrane reactor was studied, and also the effects of the hydraulic retention time and oxygen, low temperature on complex biological membrane reactor process performance.The organic matter in the sewage was not enough for the bio-membrane, Complex biological membrane reactor first vaccination activated sludge and add sugar stuffy,and then Stuffy aeration for a few days, then use The continuous flow of training to hang membrane starting. After about30days,CCD、NH3-N removal rate steady at70%、35%, We Can think the process of hanging membrane is successful. In the long term of the experiment we find that Complex biological membrane reactor for low concentration of the biological wastewater COD, ammonia nitrogen, TP and SS all have good effect to remove. Average removal rate were78%,50%,55%and68%.The factors affecting the performance of the processing of Complex biological membrane reactor are::HRT, gas to water ratio, low temperature and so on. Through single factor analysis, we find that the best hydraulic retention time is four hours, the best gas to water ratio is8:1. Complex biological membrane reactor is running well in winter. Compared to the traditional biological membrane technology, Because the tube use natural convection for oxygen, have certain energy-saving effect, At the same time tube oxygen aeration, ensure that the system in the natural convection insufficiency of the stable operation of the system. Complex biological membrane reactor with conventional pollutants in equal to cut energy consumption and operation cost compared to the process is low, the economy is good. Because the raw water itself for low concentration sewage, ammonia nitrogen and TP content is low, the reactor for ammonia nitrogen and TP removal rate is not very high, but the water has already reached the country of the prescribed discharge standards...
