Poor analysis obtained by orthogonal experiments dosage of H2O2is the most significant impact on the reaction, followed by the initial pH value, addition is [H2O2]/[FeSO·7H2O]. The experimental results show that:when concentration of o, m,p-cresol is100mg/L, the beginning pH value is4, H2O2dosage is1.6mL/L,FeSO4·7H2O dosage is436mg/L, and [H2O2]/[FeSO4·7H2O] is10:1.COD removal efficiency of o,m,p-cresol could reach79.95%,85.46%,83.01%after120min.ORP and COD degradation showing good correlation when Fenton reagent is insufficient. When concentration of o, m,p-cresol is100mg/L, the beginning pH value is4, H2O2dosage is1.6mL/L,FeSO4·7H2O dosage is436mg/L, and [H2O2]/[FeSO4·7H2O] is10:1. ORP plateau can be a batch dosing Fenton, in two dosing50%of the Fenton reagent, o, m, p-cresol wastewater COD removal efficiency can reach88.54%,92.17%and89.97%after120min, they are all greater than one-time dosing of100%of the Fenton reagent.Through the study on kinetics of o,m,p-cresol wastewater by Fenton Reagent when concentration of o, m,p-cresol is100mg/L, the beginning pH value is4, H2O2dosage is1.6mL/L,FeSO4·7H2O dosage is436mg/L, and [H2O2]/[FeSO4·7H2O] is10:1. Degradation of o,m,p-cresol wastewater by Fenton are in line with the second-order equation, and the reaction half-life is o-cresol> phenol> m-cresol.Finally, through the Fenton degradation of o,m,p-cresol spectral and chromatographic studies:when concentration of o, m,p-cresol is100mg/L, the beginning pH value is4,H2O2dosage is1.6mL/L,FeSO4·7H2O dosage is436mg/L, the total fluorescence intensity of o,m,p-cresol were reduced from4043.00au,4387.00au and4149.00a.u. to129,00a.u.,34.80a.u. and74.90a.u., While the three substances in the degradation process of the fluorescence peak appeared with varying degrees of blue shift.ation of the Fenton. GC-MS experiments showed that o,m,p-cresol peak in the Fenton degradation process decreased gradually in the Fenton reaction.m-cresol and p-cresol peaks are disappear the120min,while o-cresol is also a weak peak.
