Cow dung, a kind of a biomass, is used wildly as a fertilizer. In addition, cow dung contains lower level of heavy metals. It affects the structure of the humus in the soil and the transaction of the heavy metals. Using different amount levels of cow dung, and combining the potassium dichromate outside heating and molecular observation of luminosity, we conclude that:For the friable humus, using cow dung could increase the contents of the humus. According to the analysis of the structure, using more cow dung can have highest level of HA/FA and differences. Furthermore, using fertilizer block could help the improvement of the humus. According to the research of the optical density, the more using the cow dung, the higher improvement of the complication of the molecule. In addition, it will affect the quality of the soil.There is not effective influence of the regular fertilizer, however, fertilizer block could benefit the form of humus. According to the optical density, cow dung has lowest processing value, on the other hand, the fertilizer has the highest processing value. The differences of H/F are not obvious, which means there is no difference between the processing of cow dung and fertilizer.Only using fertilizer has no obvious effect on the stable structure of the soil. However, using fertilizer block could increase the stabilization of the soil. On the processing of the fertilizer block, it contains higher HA and FA. There is no difference of the processing of H/F value.According to the tight end state, using cow dung processing can cause four times as F processing. The composition is higher during the fertilizer processing than the less processing, but there is no obvious difference.Friable/Tight show:the order of using different level.Fertilizer block>low level of cow dung>fertilizer>high level of cow dung. In addition, the using of fertilizer block cause a obvious differences among the others, and three times as high level processing.All the processing of whole Cu, whole Zn are meet the requirement of National soil environment quality standards. Furthermore, the composition of the processing of fertilizer is the lowest. On the processing of using high level of cow dung, the composition of the Cd is excessive,but all of the compositions are normal. The contents of the three elements are related to the using of cow dung. Fertilizer block has lower Cu, Zu than low level of cow dung. The processing of fertilizer effects the increasing of the Cd in the soil.Analysing the form of whole Cu, the pollution of Cu is low. With the increasing of the cow dung using, the proportion of other elements is lower. During the processing of fertilizer block, the proportion of the weak acid Cu is lower than the low level of cow dung. However, the more using of cow dung, the higher proportion of the weak acid state and Oxidisable Cu in whole Cu. There is no difference among all processing of the proportion of the reducible Cu. In the all processing, the proportion of whole Zn is highest and the order is the same as Cu, but compare with the whole Cu, Zn has higher probability of pollution. The Oxidisalbe Zn is decrease as the increase of the using of cow dung. The reducible Zn is opposite. The processing of high level and low level of cow dung have highest proportion of weak acid and accommodated whole Cd. The proportion of remains Cd is opposite, which is normal fertilizer is highest and high level of cow dung is lowest. There are obvious differences. It causes the pollution of Cd easily. There are no difference among the four groups of processing in the Oxidisalbe state and reducible state.According to the analysis of the content and structure of heavy metals, except the Oxidisable heavy metals Zn-Cu and Cd-Zn represent the negative relations and obvious negative relations, others all represent the positive relations. In the total amount and remains, Cd has synergetic effects on Cu and Zn. Overall, Zn, Cu, and Cu probably have homology and may cause combined pollution.According to the analysis of the relations of the amount and structure of the heavy metals, the Oxidisalbe Zn and the remains of other three elements (except Zn) have negative relations with amounts and structures. Non-remains could increase as the increasing of the heavy metals in the soil. Using cow dung for a long time could increase the opportunity of the heavy metals pollution of farmland. Increasing the contents of effective heavy metals could increase the probability of the crop to absorb the heavy metals. It also states that the different chemical structures of the there types of heavy metals’absolute contents are affected by the total amount.According to the analysis of organic matter, pH and the contents of heavy metals from the effective Cu, Zn, and Cd, the effective Cu, Zn, and Cd in black soil have positive relations with organic matter and total amount, and they have negative relations with pH.The organic matter capacity in the soils increased when the cow dropping was added into the soils.It has relationship among all kinds of heavy mental, Significant correlation was found between the heavy mental and physicochemical properties. Significant negative correlation were observed between pH and three kind of heavy mental, The difference between the total copper and total nitrogen(fast available potassium),total znic and fast available potassium,total cadmium and total phosphorus(organic matter) was significant.The loosely combined humus and unitedly combined humus was more highly correlated to heavy metal forms than stably combined humus and tightly combined humus. All the residual fraction of three kind of heavy mental had negative correlation with combined humus capacity.the negative correlation between oxidizable zinc and all forms of combined humus is different.The positive correlation between the other heavy mental and the combined humus forms is different.
