Pollutant content and heavy metal transformation of piggery wastewater in different treatment phases for3pig farm (Pigsty A, B and C) were determined by the conventional chemical analysis technology and were compared with the national discharge standards of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding. Pollutant index includes pH, suspended matter (SS), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), total phosphorus (TP) and chemical oxygen consumption (CODcr). Heavy metal index includes fluoride, copper (Cu), arsenic (As) and chromium (Cr6+). It designed to explore pollution degradation rate and heavy metal content change in different wastewater treatment process, and to provide theoretical base for optimizing the scientific treatment of piggery wastewater.1The influence of different wastewater treatment process on the degradation rate of pollutants. The pH values of Pigsty A, B and C wastewaters were within the national discharge standard range (pH6to9), after piggery wastewaters were treated through the different wastewater treatment process. Although SS, NH3-N, TP, and CODcr of Pigsty A were degraded, and the degradation rates were46.35%,24.0%,11.08%and54.76%, respectively, them were not all reached the discharge standards for acceptable daily maximum emission, respectively. The degradation rates of SS, NH3-N, TP, and CODcr of Pigsty B achieved96.97%,6.55%,96.85%and94.58%, respectively. them were not all reached the discharge standards for acceptable daily maximum emission except for SS. The degradation rates of SS, NH3-N, TP, and CODcr of Pigsty C achieved97.54%,30.8%,94.74%and96.55%, respectively. SS and CODcr were reached the discharge standards, but NH3-N and TP were over the discharge standards seriously.2The content change of heavy metals in the different wastewater treatment process. After the piggery wastewaters of Pigsty A, B and C were treated through the wastewater treatment process. Except the fluoride content of Pigsty A reached the discharge standard (<10mg/L), The pollution indexes of Cu, As and Cr6+were6.38,15.2and12.36, respectively. them were all caused serious pollution. The pollution indexes of Fluoride, Cu, As and Cr6+for Pigsty B were0.004,0.36,2.4and0.36, respectively, and them were all caused serious pollution. The pollution indexes of Fluoride, Cu and Cr6+for Pigsty C were0.004,3.76,1.06and8.24, respectively, and Fluoride was reached the discharge standards, As was caused low pollution and Cu and Cr6+were caused serious pollution. In conclusion, wastewater treatment effect was difference with different wastewater treatment process. From the degradation of pollutants, Pigsty C effect was much better than others. From the content change of heavy metals, Pigsty B effect was much better. As a whole, the effects of Pigsty A, B and C were not all excellence, the wastewater processes should be improve more efficiency.
