Gold nanoparticles have excellent electroconductibility, which can effectively acceleratethe electron transfer process at the interface between electrodes and solution. For this reason,gold nanoparticles have been widely used as electronic media materials in the fabrication ofmodified electrodes. Similarly, graphene have a typical single atomic layer planarnanostructure, this structure endows graphene with special physical and chemical properties,and make it become the focus of attention in Nano research field. In the article, the goldnanoparticles myoglobin composite (AuNPs-Mb) modified electrodes was prepared throughself-assembly methods, this materials were applied in the direct electrochemistry of protein anddetermination of hydrogen peroxide. Formore, the thionine graphene composite (TH-GNs)were synthetized and used in the electrochemical catalysis of dopamine, methotrexate. Thedetail as follow:1. GNs was synthesized according to the reported method. The Nafion/Mb-GNsmodified GCE was fabricated and characterized, The electrochemical response of myoglobinwas investigated by the Nafion/Mb-GNs/GCE, This electrode exhibits effectiveelectrocatalytic properties towards hydrogen peroxide. A selective and sensitive determinationmethod of hydrogen peroxide was established.2. AuNPs were synthesized by traditional Turkevich–Frens method, the AuNPs-Mbmodified electrodes were prepared by self-assembly methods using glutaraldehyde asdouble-edged linker. The electrochemical response of myoglobin was investigated, the resultsshow that a couple of obvious redox peaks can be obtained at approximate-0.2V. This electrodeexhibits effective electrocatalytic properties towards hydrogen peroxide, low limit of detectionand wide linear range can be obtained.3. The thionine graphene composite (TH-GNs) were prepared in aqueous solution andpurified by dialysis. The Nafion/TH-GNs modified GCE was fabricated and characterized, theelectrochemical behavior of methotrexate on Nafion/TH-GNs/GCE was investigated. Aselective and sensitive determination method of methotrexate was established.4. The electrochemical behavior of dopamine on Nafion/TH-GNs/GCE was investigated,electrochemical mechanism was also discussed in detail. Based on this, a sensitive, rapid and accurate determination method of dopamine was established.
