In this article, Al/Cu system powder compact was studied by Laser combustion synthesis.Influences of composition ratio, laser technology parameters, pressing pressure onmicrostructure, porosity, hardness, wear and corrosive were studied by OM, SEM, XRD, TEMand Hardness Tester, etc. It is showed that with the power increasing and the role of timeextending the uniformity of sintering alloys and eutectic content can be increased, anddensification can be promoted too. Phase are: CuAl2,Al4Cu9and Al2O3etc. When the compactsrelative density is85%and laser technology parameters is950w30s, the alloy of density andproperties reach the best, in the eutectic composition (mass fraction of Cu is33.2%).In addition, influences of tungsten concentrates powders on microstructure and properties ofcombustion synthesis Al-Cu alloys were studied. It is showed that doped tungsten concentratespowders can promote refinement and uniformity of Al-Cu alloys structure, and improveproperties. The compound structure is composed of nanocrystals, intermetallic of high dispersionand matrix phase of higher toughness. Phase are: Al, Al4Cu9, Al5W, W and Al2O3etc. Whendoped Tungsten concentrates powders content is3%, density, hardness and wear resistance wereincreased significantly, and hardness and wear resistance increased by1.5times and2times.
