In recent years, due to the above-average performance of one-dimensional semiconductor nano/micro structure and its universal application prospect in nanoscale photoelectric device, one-dimensional semiconductor nano/microstructure material has been studied gradual thorough. Many literatures have reported that the chemical and photoelectrical performance of inorganic nano/micro structure material are well connected with itstopography, so out of consideration for science and technology, it is important to control the synthesis process of one-dimensional semiconductor nano/microstructure with different topographies.Zinc oxide (ZnO) is a direct band gap with wide forbidden band semiconductor,and it has a tremendous application potential in UV photoelectric device. If ZnO is used in the preparation of one-dimensional nano/microstructure, it could have extremelyoutstanding performances in UV emission at the room temperature, photoelectric device,photoelectric sensor, photocatalyst, piezoelectric energy converter, solar battery and field emission display. Zinc sulphide (ZnS) is also a wide direct band gap semiconductor,it is widely used in the fields of electroluminescence device, nonlinear optical device,LED, flat panel display, infrared detector, gas sensitive detector and laser. The constituents of the semiconductor composite structure have different band gaps and specific inductive capacities. When semiconductors with different band gaps are compounded, new sub-level and band gap will be produced, and new electron-hole compound centerwill be formed, in this case the compound path of carriers are changed, which lead tohigher and stronger function characteristics.In the paper, ZnO, ZnS and ZnO/ZnS nano/micro arrays were one-step synthesized and grown on Zn substrate through the road of solution; the adjustive effect of reaction conditions and surface active agents to the topography and size of the product was studied. Photoluminescences of different sized and topographied ZnS nano-materialand ZnO, ZnS, ZnO/ZnS composite structured nano/micro arrays were compared and analyzed, and the result showed that photoluminescence of ZnO/ZnS compound structure was different from one-component structures.
