China’s coal-fired power mainly is in thermal power. The sulfur dioxide produced coal isthe main source of air pollution. WFGD technology for gypsum is mature technology, highreliability, simply operation, widely used in coal-fired power plants. Due to the use oftechnology, makes the cost of power generation. How to ensure efficiency and reduce cost ofdesulfurization is generating set before the coal-fired power plants is one of important topics.In the wet limestone flue gas desulfurization technology--gypsum slurry performance,limestone desulfurized efficiency is one of the major factors. The parameters adjustment is theimportant link of the pulp which affects pulping power consumption and pulping slurryperformance. Therefore, finding optimizing operation points in the process of pulping hasimportant significance for preparing performance appropriate limestone slurry, ensuringdesulfurization efficiency and reducing the consumption of pulping process.Based on extensive research at home and abroad based on desulphurization technology,with some600MW limestone-gypsum wet limestone flue gas desulpherization pulping systemas the research object, by analyzing the principle and research the pulp and slurry-makingprocess factors affecting the properties of slurry limestone and the consumption ofpulping.Through the field experiment and optimized configuration testing analysis, finallyputs forward the optimal control strategy for pulp system.The optimization method to uselimestone limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulpherization way of pulping optimization hascertain directive significance.
