This study is proposed to solve the problem of high temperature flue gas in ESP technology, and it analysis the impact of characteristics of the dust under the high temperature which to the collection efficiency of ESP. The structure of ESP steel will creep at high temperature. Common insulating materials will lose its effectiveness which can lead to leakage of ESP. Viscosity and specific resistance of the fly ash at high temperature will change, so the migration velocity of dust and the collection efficiency will correspondingly grade down. The study focused on analyzing the structure of metal which existence the problem of creep, the persistent plasticity of metal is low which will be generated in the course of brittle fracture when ESP working at high temperature, and the parameter of stability that anti-relaxation of the metal is also very important. Because of the corrosive substance in the ash of flue gas, when the ESP wall is surrounded in the high temperature flue gas,it will oxidation corrosion inordinately, and which includes decarbonizing of carbon steel, sulfate corrosion, sulfide corrosion, chloride corrosion, vanadium corrosion and so on. Alitizing metallic material or adding alloying elements can improve oxidative stability and electrochemical corrosion resistance of the material. The insulation resistance of dielectric varies with temperature, a temperature-resistivity diagram is made by experimental study on volume resistivity of insulation resistance under high temperature and this is base on the designing of high-temperature insulation resistance measurement. From the diagram it finds that the resistivity of insulating materials rises with the increasing of temperature at first, then from110℃changes appear that volume resistivity declined at an index as the temperature increased. Taking the logarithm of resistivity. Calculateing curvilinear equation of temperature to log.R.logarithm of specific resistance after the temperature of110℃via numerical analysis of curve fitting.
