For the domestic food safety problem that caused by the pesticide residues in food,it’s very important that research a convenient and cost-appropriate detection technology.Chromatography techniques are the classic means of detection in the field ofpesticide residues. With further research, some new methods such as Ramanspectroscopy have emerged. There are a variety of problems in the current detectionmethods. For example, gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, supercritical fluid chromatography and the combined techniques are complicated andexpensive to operate. As for the immunoassay, it’s difficult to prepare the requiredenzyme. Raman scattering spectroscopy signal is weak and susceptible to interference. And the laboratory robot is still in the stage of laboratory research. At present, spectroscopy absorption technology has been used for detection ofpesticide residues. However, there are some deficiencies such as the quantitativedetection and the measurement precision. This experiment that based on differentialabsorption is completed by using miniature fiber optic spectrometer andspectrophotometer. According to the results of experiment, the author has designed thedetection system of pesticide residue. The main research content as follows:(1) The author has detected the DDVP solution by using spectroscopy absorptiontechnology. For the factors of the light stability and scattering, it is combined with thetheory of differential absorption and pushed to the formula.(2) This paper has analyzed the spectra of DDVP by the spectrometer platform, andthen determined absorption bands and absorption peaks of DDVP to achieve thedifferential absorption.(3) The differential absorption experiment has been done by using spectrophotometer. And it’s verified that the experimental results is improved by the differential absorption. And also the linear relationship that received by the experiment has laid the foundationfor the detection system.(4) According to the results of experiment, the author has designed the detectionsystem of pesticide residue, and detected part of the performance. It’s show that thesystem is stable and the sensitivity is0.1mg/L which achieve the requirements.
