Machine tool is composed by multiple parts which includes many error unit, each error unit has different influence to output precision of machine tool because of their different properties. Analyzing and mastering the Machine tool error unit characteristics are the the effective means to control Machine tool output precision in reasonable cost.The model of Machine tool error is the foundation of analyzing the Machine tool error unit characteristics. The current modeling method is in view of a certain Machine tool, so it is lack of generality, and makes the work of Machine tool error modeling more complex and tedious. Therefore, a good general error model of Machine tool could effectively improve the efficiency of the Machine tool modeling and analysis, ensure the accuracy of the calculation and analysis of the reliability as well.The modeling method and connotation of Machine tool error unit characteristics are studied in this article. A prototype of prediction of Machine tool error unit characteristics software is developed by using MATLAB-GUI which is based on the theroy of the Machine tool error unit characteristics and modeling analysis methods. Thus the generalization and visualization of Machine tool error unit characteristics are realized. The concrete research work are depicted as following:â‘ The background and significance of the research are clearly elaborated in this article. According to the research status of machine tool error at home and abroad, the target and main content of the research are proposed as well as the implementation plan of the entire work.â‘¡The theory basis of the modeling of Universal machine tool error and characteristics prediction of machine error unit are simply introduced in the article. How multibody theory and Homogeneous coordinate transfomation are applicated in modeling of Universal machine tool error and characteristics prediction of machine error unit is explained, in that case, a necessary theoretical basis for modeling of machine error and analysis is provided.â‘¢The two factors of size and direction of characteristic of machine error unit are figured and analyzed. In the light of machine tool which has complex forming movement, the analysis scheme of the precision of distributed machine tool and its implementation measures is stated. Take the Five axis machining center as an example, the principle and step of the analysis of characteristic of error unit is elaborated. And a specific analysis method for lathe is described according to the principle and step that mentioned above.â‘£Based on Multibody System Theory and Homogeneous Coordinate Transformation Theory, the feasibility of building the model of Universal machine tool error is analyzed. The software model of characteristics prediction of machine error unit is obtained by using MATLAB software. Take advantage of the software, the error model of lathe is built up and the characteristic of machine error unit is analyzed so that Popularization and Visualization of modeling of machine tool error and analysis of characteristic of machine tool error unit is realized. Thus, the efficiency of modeling of machine tool error and analysis of characteristic of machine tool error unit is improved effectively. |
