Duo to the limited supplement and unpredictable price of crude oil, Ficher-Tropsc (F-T) synthesis converting syngas derivel from coal, natural gas or biomass to clean liquid fuels and other chemicals, has been attracted much attention in recent years. The kinetic studies of F-T are one of the key technoogies for indirevt coal liquefaction.Experiment was carried out in a500ml stirred tank reactor under the operating conditions:temperature from210℃to250℃, reaction pressure from0.5MPa to4.5MPa, gas hourly space velocity from0.20.6mL/(g.h) to0.6mL/(g.h) and the molar ratio of H2to CO from0.5to2.2. The effects of reaction temperature, pressure, gas flow rate and molar ratio of H2to CO on CO conversion and CO consumption rate were investigated. The global CO consumption rate model in a stirred tank reactor was obtained. The results of statistical tests and relative error analysis show that the final kinetic model is approptiate.
