Adsorption desulfurization is getting more and more attention due to its mild reactions, low operating cost and deep desulfurization, has the potential to product gasoline without sulfur. At present, the adsorption sulfur capacity of desulfurization adsorbent is small, and the selectivity is low.In this dissertation, a series of single-metal and double-metal exchanged insitu crystallization NaY zeolites were prepared by liquid ion-exchange method. Their structures and desulfurization performance were studied by the characterization methods of XRD, BET, Pyridine-FTIR and static adsorption. The results showed that:the adsorption sulfur capacity of insitu crystallization NaY molecular sieve adsorbent was maximum after Ag modified; and the increase of Lewis acid sites and the enhancement of soft acid of the adsorbent would benefit to the removal of thiophene from model fuel. Liquid ion-exchange method had better desulfurization performance compared to impregnation method when making AgY. When the Ag content was5%, after roasting4h under500℃, in the condition of30℃adsorption temperature, the adsorption sulfur capacity of AgY was11.02mg/g within0.5h and the capacity changed to be10.58mg/g after regeneration, the introduction of Cu improved desulfurization performance that the adsorption sulfur capacity of CuAgY came to11.15mg/g.
