| In order to improve the quality of cold rolling steel sheet, pickling technics must be adopted to wipe off the oxide-scale in the produce course of cold-rolled steel strip. Pickling technics’s framing and its effect have near relation with the structure and performance of steel strip’s oxide-scale.So it must be done that analysis the oxide-scale’s structure of various steel strip and their formation mechanisms minutely. And it has key effect to improve the pickling efficiency.In this paper, oxide-scale structures formed on hot rolled silicon steel have been analyzed across-the-aboard by metallography, studies the scale of the general structure and component of organization; On this basis, the potential derivative first zero method for pickling each silicon steel model need to pull monitoring system, acid liquid concentration, temperature, injection mode on the comparative analysis of the results. And research pickling accelerant to improve the actual effect of pickling efficiency, as well as to the acid regeneration and the influence of the emulsion system.After the research, it is indicated that many reasons would influence the structure of oxide-scale, if condition is changed, then different structure’s oxide-scale will got. Normalization or free normalization,different coiling temperature will influente the oxide scale structure of silicon steel.On the process of removing the oxide by the acid rolling units,to improve the concentration of acid solution and pickling temperature is helpful to improve pickling efficiency.But acid temperature ascension cause more hydrochloric acid solution problem,so in the actual production, based on the different materials of different formulation.we should formulate relevant pickling process. And descaling can obviously improve the pickling speed, elongation at1.4%change the pickling speed greatly At the same time we research that pickling accelerant will improve silicon steel pickling speed more obviously. |
