When the oilfield comes in waterflood later stage,because of well growth natural fracture of Low-permeability fractured Reservoirs and man-made fracture as the same time,the water ratio increase quickly,so as to the outcome and lower degree of reserve recovery reservoirs.By consulting the literature research obtained, there has not a particularly suitable for low permeability fractured reservoirs tune drive technology yet for the moment, transfer drive technology for the development of such reservoirs has been a widespread and difficult problem to solve,this article starts from the geological features and development characteristics of the Changqing Oilfield Wuli Bay oil, mainly considers in low permeability fractured reservoir pore structure and fracture characteristics, the reservoir performans that water flooding low efficiency for the development of its current water flooding, oilfield production decline faster, main wells flooded serious, displacement effect of lateral wells is less than ideal, that is the major contradiction.,through indoor weak gel profile control experiment,and formulation optimization and performance evaluation of site control and flooding agent. Weak gel flooding as a method of enhanced oil recovery, not only it is un-control-and-flooding oilfield which can enhanced more effective oil recovery,but also for the control-and-flooding oilfield which enhanced further oil recovery are of great practical significance.Firstly, as the example of low permeability fractured Reservoir Wuli Bay oil region of the Changqing Oilfield, researching the fractured reservoir cracks, micro-fracture characteristics and reservoir of adaptability evaluation and the system, And then, it has optimizated the process parameters on-site control and flooding In this paper, it has obtained a reasonable ratio of the concentration of control and flooding agent and the best into the economy and the best slug,finally, weak gel drive technology has applicated in low permeability fractured reservoirs of the Wuli Bay oil, The results show that it can increase Injection pressure quite remarkably,change the injection profile of the reservoir water injection wells, and control-and-flooding agent played a blocking role in the cracks and high-permeability layers, reservoir producing extent has been improved significantly, to see a better effect of increasing oil and increase substantially in crude oil production degree,it is an effective technical measures to improve the development effects of high water cut in the Wuli Bay oil, weak geldrive technology is an effective way to adjustment of tapping the potential for the lowpermeability fractured reservoirs in high water cut stage. Therefore,this technology has verybroad application prospects during control-and-flooding in low permeability fracturedreservoirs.
