As mankind enters the21st century, infectious diseases remain a major hazard to human health disorders, especially in Third World countries.And as people living standard rise, various security problems also more and more get the attention of people, microbial pollution problem of course also get their attention. In food and environment, there are problems of microbial pollution, in recent years, environmental pollution rising and the ecological equilibrium constant destruction, cause infection of more and more kinds of pathogenic bacteria, to the harm of human pathogenic microorganisms is more and more big, at the same time, the threat of common pathogenic microorganisms not only do not eliminate, but is in serious resistance,such as Staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, im, candida SPP,clinical treatment to bring enormous difficulties.Common causative organism has not only failed to eliminate the threat, however, is a serious drug problems, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus, E. coli, Candida, etc., to the clinical treatment of enormous difficulties. Method of rapid detection of bacteria in the urgent need to build up, which is an effective way to quickly use some have found a characteristic of certain enzymes, the application of appropriate substrate can be quickly completed identification of bacteria. Enzyme assay has a simple, sensitive, specific detection of the advantages of a short time, but the cost of routine testing of the method as a large, mainly due to the existing types of pigments and fluorescent substrate and the production process less complex synthetic steps long, production is low, the urgent demand to a greater variety and inexpensive enzyme substrate to solve these problems.In biological chemistry, Enzyme substrate is very powered tools. This paper is the amino acids in the introduction of fluorescent molecular peptide enzyme substrate synthetic ammonia groups, if the existing in the microbial hydrolysis enzyme substrate, in microbial metabolism, one of the fluorescent groups will show fluorescence, so as to achieve the fast and accurate testing.The paper use fluorescent group is7-amino coumarin class, basically7-amino-4-methyl coumarin,7-Amino-4-(trifluoromethyl)coumarin.
