Ecological Security And Factors Analysis Of The Liaoning Province Northwest

The survival of mankind is closely related to the ecological environment, in recentdecades, from the initial local environment pollution and ecological destruction events, to thecurrent development of global environmental problems, it has a serious threat to humansurvival and the development of the country. More and more countries began to study thesafety of the ecological environment construction, but didn’t ultimately solve ecologicalenvironment deterioration trend, global warming, rising sea levels, biological diversitydeclined problems are still expanding. How to adjust human’s production and life activities, tomaintain their own security has become the focus. Ecological security research involves theecosystem health diagnosis, regional ecological risk analysis, landscape security pattern,ecological safety monitoring and warning, and ecological safety management.Papers induce the ecological security and evaluation of the theory of system. Accordingto general characteristics of ecological social economic development, Use Ahp Method,From pressure, state,response three aspects, Set up the ecological safety evaluation indexsystem. By the county (city) area for the evaluation units, The results show that: the northwestliaoning province’s ecological safety situation is not optimistic,safety degree is very poor, thefirst (not very safe), the second (not safety), and the third (the critical safety) level, accountfor83.17%of the entire area. The spatial pattern of ecological safety is analyzed by usemapimfo technology.The results showed that the ecological security situation exists obviouslyregional differences,the ecological safety of integral space pattern, is seen in the northeastgood southwest and central regions, general from the northeast to southwest is reduced, butlocal area have change. In the first grade (not very safe), there are three evaluation unit islocated in the southwest of the liaoning province, the chaoyang hilly, Natural conditions isvery bad. In the second level (security), BeiPiao, HaiZhou, FuXin, ZhangWu, located in thecentral area of liaoning province, Inner Mongolia southern horqin sandy land, is the serioussoil erosion areas, the pressure on ecological environment is very large. In the third grade(critical safety), there are five regional is more scattered, but all are on the brink of collapse.By using principal component analysis,the influence of ecological safety of the northwest oflianning province main influence factors is extracted, determined the five major factors:pressure of population, social and economic development;the level of people’s life;environmental resources efficiency; social security ability; the environment quality. Thus forthe city to take a more targeted of measures to improve the regional ecological security situation.
