The Application Of Soft Sculpture In Fashion Jewelry Design

This dissertation is a review aiming at researching the application of some art element. It is a research on application of soft sculpture in fashion jewelry design. It is also the innovation point of this dissertation that specifically analyzing the application based on researching the relationship between soft sculpture and fashion jewelry, by summarizing art features of soft sculpture. The research aims at exploring the new ideas of jewelry design, making soft sculpture art applied to fashion jewelry design from a deeper level and broader view by combining the art element of soft sculpture with the jewelry design theory, enriching the application and expression of soft sculpture in fashion jewelry design and provide it with a bigger space to develop. This dissertation probes into sculpture art from the source, analyze the features and summarize the detail application forms and future development of soft sculpture in fashion jewelry design by document analysis, image information analysis, case analysis and conclusion, which fully explores the character charm of sculpture art in fashion jewelry design.This dissertation is based on collecting material and analyzing different factors. The discuss is developed according to systematic design thinking of application art element.The second and third parts are basic research. The second part is mainly about the historical development of soft sculpture by documentary analysis and image information analysis. The art feature and aesthetic value are summarized, which work as a basis to discuss the fourth part.. The third part sketches out the concept and characteristics of fashion jewelry, analyzes and concludes the necessity of combining soft sculpture and fashion jewelry and the special advantage of soft sculpture in it.The fourth part is the main body. From different views like form, material, workmanship, color and style, tremendous cases are used to prove the style feature of soft sculpture in fashion jewelry. Its application in fashion jewelry design is systematically analyzed and researched. In the fifth part, combining with some brand case, the detailed application situation of soft sculpture in fashion shows, advanced garment brands and modern instant brands is analyzed. And then the design feature of the same point and different point of soft sculpture in different situations is classified and concluded.The sixth part is mainly about analyzing the future development of soft sculptured fashion jewelry and broadening the design concept for the future development direction of it, combining with current life style and trend.This dissertation systematically elaborates the detailed application of soft sculpture in fashion jewelry design, as well as analyzing its various design features in fashion shows, advanced garment brands, modern instant brands to achieve the research goals, finding a new way for fashion jewelry design.
