| To cope with the weld misalignment, incomplete fusion, cracks and other problems which is particularly prone to occur in stud fusion welding of armored vehicles, a new welding process of hybrid sources friction stud welding is put forward to take full advantage of the solid-phase welding head performance advantages, the hybrid source of friction stud welding system is designed. This paper is to design and develop the hybrid source of friction stud welding system.Obtained a heat source composite process should follow the principle of induction heat and friction heat source composite feasibility on the basis of the analysis of stud welding technology, induction heating technology and hybrid source of friction welding technology. Based on these principles, the process of the hybrid source friction stud welding is designed.Based on the analysis of the hybrid sources friction stud welding process simulation test, the hybrid sources friction stud welding process simulation test device is built and the process simulation test overall program is designed. Based on the hybrid sources friction stud welding process simulation test of solid stud and plate, hollow stud and plate, hollow stud rob, the effect on quality stud welded joints by the speed, pressure, induced currents and source matching of hybrid welding process is studies. To provide the basis and lay the foundation for the design of the hybrid sources friction stud welding system, the impact of various parameters on the welding quality is established by the strength testing of welded joints, the analysis of micro structure and macroscopic morphology.This paper systematically summarizes the overall design philosophy of the hybrid sources friction stud welding, establishes the basic technical parameters of the system, and design the mechanical systems, induction heating systems, hydraulic systems and electrical control systems. The structure of system is reasonable, the functions meet production needs.Based on the overall design of the system and each part of the overall design of hybrid source, the mechanical systems, induction heating systems, hydraulic systems and electrical control system is designed. The frame of mechanical system is reasonably designed, the selection and check of the servo motor is correct, spindle design is reasonable; the induction heat source of induction heating systems is reasonably selected, the heating efficiency is high; the basic principles of the hydraulic system is correctly designed, relevant reasonable technical parameters; electrical control system PLC automatic control program to write simple, easy to control. The parameters of related technologies is reasonable; the PLC automatic control program of electrical control system is simply written. |
