Noble metal micro/nanomaterials have been widely applied in catalysis, electronics, optics, sensors and nanodevices because of their particular properties different from bulk materials. Since the physicochemical and optoelectronic properties of these micro/nanomaterials strongly depend on their size, shape and composition, the controllable synthesis of them has attracted more and more research interest.In this thesis, the progress of nanotechnology and synthesis method of nanomaterials was reviewed firtsly. Next the recent advances of dendritic noble metal micro/nanomaterials and then introduced our works were presented:synthesis of single crystalline dendritic Au nanomaterials; preparation of dendritic Au/Pt bimetallic nanomaterials; fabrication of dendritic Au micromaterials. The main results are outlined as follows:1. We report a simple and rapid one-pot solution synthesis of single crystalline dendritic Au nanomaterials under room temperature. By changing the concentration of reagents, sea-urchinlike and flowerlike Au nanomaterials were also obtained. The method is simple and quick.2. Dendritic Au/Pt bimetallic nanomaterials with different molar ratio of Au to Pt were prepared.3. Using galvanic replacement reaction, we prepared dendritic Au micromaterials. By changing HAuCl4concentration, flower-like Au microspheres could also be obtained. The method is simple and requires no additive agent.
