Bacteria of the biodegradable organic pollutants degradation ability mainly comes from the biosurfactant produced by bacteria. Biosurfactants are mainly the metabolites of microorganism, with the basic structure and properties of surfactant material, which has the characteristics of chemical surfactants, also has high biological compatibility, safe non-toxic, biodegradable, will not cause unfavorable effects on the environment advantages. Along with the enhancement of food security level and environmental awareness increased, biosurfactant began to be used in food, medicine, cosmetics, detergents and petrochemical and other fields, and its application prospect. But with the problems of high cost and low yield, so the selection of good biosurfactant-producing strain of stability high yield is very necessary.Through the measurement and determination of some bacteria in petroleum contaminated soil surface tension reduction, oil discharge activity and emulsifying properties, screening of microbial strains to produce surfactant, and has carried on the research of organic matter degradation. The petroleum contaminated soils collected into soil extract, isolated by enrichment culture, plate separation, we selected30strains of a pure strain. Then the30strains were determined in a series of biological activity, make sure it is produced with surfactant, finally got9strains.Study on the performance of the best, most of the biological activity of No.5strain of optimum growth temperature was30℃. Then the determination of Degradation Strain No.5strain in n-hexane at30℃, the chromatogram determination by GC-Ms. The degradation of diesel oil and liquid paraffin was measured by determination of C, TOC/TN analyzer (TC) and C (TN) to reflect, but also to the culture medium were the OD. The No.5strain can use organic compounds as carbon source for growth, and the amount of organic matter in solution becomes less, and5bacteria to the degradation of organic matter.The above research results indicate that, the ability to filter out the strains with degradation of organic matter of the good. So we can use the biosurfactant-producing strains to degrade organic pollutants in the environment, simple operation, can be carried out under normal temperature and pressure, but will not have two pollution on the environment.The research results show that the screening of strains with good ability of degradation of organic matter. So we can use the generate content surfactant strains to degradation of diesel pollutants in the environment, simple operation, can be under atmospheric pressure, and will not cause secondary pollution to environment.
