Then the30strains were determined in a series of biological activity, make sure it is produced with surfactant, finally got9strains.Study on the performance of the best, most of the biological activity of No.5strain of optimum growth temperature was30℃. Then the determination of Degradation Strain No.5strain in n-hexane at30℃, the chromatogram determination by GC-Ms. The degradation of diesel oil and liquid paraffin was measured by determination of C, TOC/TN analyzer (TC) and C (TN) to reflect, but also to the culture medium were the OD.
