The development of modern high speed cutting technology not only broughtcutting technology revolutionary,and at the same time,also showing a lot ofmanufacturing problems. For in the production problems are to be solved.Mainly study on the following aspects:First of all, in view of the problems of current NC high-speed slotter chip-holder, read and summarize the plenty of domestics and foreign literatures.Secondly, based on the ball mill cutter chip thickness and the optimizationof the feeding principle, analysis characteristics of the indexable slotter chip-holder, calculate the volume of the chip-holder and chip thickness, introductionof the chip-holder coefficient, set up the function relation between chip thicknessand the feed of per teeth, and finally establish th e mathematical model betweenthe slotter chip-holder geometry parameters and processing parameters.Then, on the basis of the mathematical model, as determined by the modelgeometry parameters design the slotter, meet the requirement of processingparameters.At last, according to dynamic balance of the high-speed NC handle ofinstalling RFID tag components, using Lagrange equation to establish thedynamic balance of the mathematical model, deduce the amount of dynamicbalance of the handle after installed RFID tags. Finally, using the dynamicbalance machine experiment validate mathematical model, the mathematicalmodel of the dynamic balabcing was consistent with the experimental data.
