According to the national standards and the actual use of such materials bucket, usingSolidWorks CAD/CAE/CAM completed the design of the200L large material bucket. Inorder to test materials barrel stacking force and quality, SolidWorks Simulation structuralmechanics finite element analysis and optimization analysis function is used to obtain thestress contours and improve the material barrel service life and resistance to breakage capacity;finally, by means of the equivalent load method, droping test verify the material barrel dropindicators, the results prove that the optimization method is used successfully. Materialsbucket design and finite element analysis is the basis of the design of cooling design, exhaustdesign, positioning and guiding design, seal design.Taking into account the design of thecooling system is reasonable will directly affect the quality of the production efficiency, a fullanalysis of the factors affecting the cooling system in the cooling system analysis,summarized the principle of the design of the cooling system. Using of Flow Simulationanalysis plug-ins complete mold finite element cooling analysis to obtain a mold coolingsystem on the products of the cooling effect, geting the products and mold in the240sproduction cycle of temperature change curve and temperature distribution nephogrammoldcooling system solutions. Finally, analysis of the factors affecting the mold surface roughnesscarbide cutting tools at different cutting parameters on surface roughness distribution curveball knife curve surface roughness effects on different slope surfaces, cutting tests andfactorsaffect the quality of the mold surface valuable experiment and data analysis.Analysis and optimization effectively reduce the stress of the stress of barrel; dropingtest predict that the barrel whether to meet anti-drop requirements; mold cooling design usingadvanced finite element analysis of the fluid and the thermal coupling get that the main modeusingdiameter14mm cooling water pipes and the cooling water tank of the sub-mold portionis95mm, the cooling effect of the mold is preferably.
