Since its invention in the1940s, infrared detector developed rapidly with a wide range of applications in the civilian and military fields. Compared to the infrared detector technology abroad, China lags behind in this field of research. The core components of infrared detectors are still mainly imported with strict embargo on high-end products, which makes it imminent to develop infrared detector with independent intellectual property rights, and infrared detection materials preparation is the most important. The paper mainly researches preparation technology and performance test of LiFePO4target that can replace HgCdTe of infrared detectors. The paper studies preparation technology and process of LiFePO4target in detail, and conducts related tests on the performance of the synthetized target.1) Using solid reaction process to synthetize LiFePO4with Li2CO3, NHAH2PO4and FeC2O4·2H2O.In order to obtain high-purity phase, sintering process parameters are observed as follows:presintering temperature650℃, vacuum degree10-3Pa, heating rate4℃/min, insulation4h, rate of flow of high-purity argon1seem; sintering temperature800℃, vacuum degree10-3Pa, rate of flow of high purity argon1sccm, insulation4h, heating rate5℃/min.2) Using x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy tests and find that:the prepared LiFePO4has a sharp diffraction peak with high value, taking an orthogonal single crystal olivine structure. Seeing from the surface and cross-section of the morphology, particles link up with each other closely and orderly.3) Curves of sheet sample permeability test show that transmittance keeps a stable range from22%to25%when the wavenumber remains in7600cm-1to4000cm-...
