An optimization of high temperature foam unloading agent for deep gas well is studied in this thesis in order to solve the problem of unloading in high temperature and low water production well. On the basis of research on foam stability mechanism, multi-component combination theory and synergistic effect mechanism, formula system of foam unloading agent which is fit for high temperature foam unloading in deep gas well is established through lab evaluation.The main studies in this paper include1. The entire process of gas production is introduced, including the process of normal production, production with water and production with unloading measures, and influences of water on gas production and correspondent methods as well, and present application situation of high temperature foam unloading agent home and abroad is summarized.2. Through analysis on foam stability mechanism, the main factors which influenced foam stability is given, based on which the host formula of foam unloading agent is further studied.3. The host agent of foam unloading agent is designed according to the foam unloading technology in Xu Shen Gasfield, and some appropriate types of surfactant at present are filtered through lab evaluation, among which5types of surfactant are firstly selected to be the main components for the high temperature foam unloading agent which will be studied, then one type of surfactant with good performance is finally selected to be the host agent of the high temperature foam unloading agent which will be studied through lab comparison analysis.4. Through research on the foam unloading agent auxiliary, an auxiliary is selected and combined with host agent and the correspondent optimization is studied.5. Performance of the high temperature foam unloading agent after the optimized combination is evaluated, including the performance of temperature resistance and compatibility, etc. and according to the high temperature foam unloading agent after the optimized combination, an adaptable anti-foam agent is selected, so that a complete high temperature foam unloading agent formula system is established. 6. Through research on foam unloading and its auxiliary technology, appropriate chemical feed institution is optimized and technology selected, testified by field application.
