At present, the north of Saertu development area in Daqing oilfield is in ultra-high water-cut stage, and confronted with some problems:multiple layers and well pattern, complicated mining object, reservoir heterogeneity being serious, low recoverable reserves of reservoir and low pressure of reservoirs. In order to explore the development main means of water flooding in Ultra-high water-cut stage, control the production decline and rising speed of water cut and improve developing effect to achieve the purpose of stable. From analyzing residual oil, studying the new well watered-out interpretation and coring data and adopting mathematical statistics method, research numerical simulation and descript plane and longitudinal distribution characteristics of residual oil. At the same time, from the petroleum reservoir engineering point of view, according to percolation dynamics theory, establish model being suitable for index variation of North of Saertu Development Area to optimize injection production structure adjustment. Study on well pattern and layer adaptation, fine injection-production system adjustment.Aiming at different type of residual oil, study and apply horizontal well drilling, subdivision technology, wells fracturing and mending holes to form fine-digging technology suitable for Ultra-high Water-cut Stage in North of Saertu Development Area. Through the above research, obtained the following cognitions, the first is to clear distribution characteristics of residual oil of three categories in plane and longitudinal. The second is that establish forecasting model of water flooding development index in Ultra-high water-cut stage for Optimization of injection production structure adjustment. The third is implementing system adjustment of transferring, drilling new wells and mending holes to old wells, which can solve injection-production contradiction of original wells effectively, improve control degree of water flooding and injection-production relation to increase recovery efficiency. The fourth is through numerical simulation, the remaining oil in the top of thick oil layer in understanding clearly the basis, using horizontal wells, obvious effect. The fifth, subdivision technology can alleviate the contradiction among layers and improve the production of oil layers. The sixth, according to quantization condition of selecting well and layers, fracturing, implementing holes, it cab control the production declining and rising velocity of water cut, which are fine-digging techniques of water flooding. Sixth is in accordance with the well and layer selection quantization condition, fracturing, fill hole after implementation, can effectively control the production decline and rising velocity of water cut, water drive important fine potential tapping technique.
