The car industry is an important pillar industry in the national economy, related to thenational economy, the livelihood of the masses and foreign trade. In the automotive industry, thepaint wastewater of the paint shop involves pretreatment degreasing, phosphating andpassivating treatment, electrophoresis coating, painting process, etc., during the process ofwhich, a lot of industrial effluent was discharged. It contains all kinds of pollutants, includingacid, alkali, phosphate, mineral oil, surface active agent, paint, thinner and various heavy metalsand so on. The production of COD is high, and it is difficult to biochemical. The degree ofpollution and toxic hazards can not be ignored.Treatment of industrial waste car has always been an important research topic in the field ofwastewater treatment.In order to control the pollutant of OEMs coating wastewater pollution to the environment,the environmental activists have carried out a lot of research on it. The study involves physicalmethod, chemical method and biological method and other methods. This paper analyzescharacteristics of the vehicle factory coating wastewater, inquires and compares several methodsof domestic and foreign painting wastewater treatments, and makes processing schemes for thehigh concentration wastewater of a large joint venture brand with an annual output of330000passenger car vehicle, using the combined treatment process with UF oil, coagulation hydrolyticacidification and aerobic biochemistry. Through the process of the equipment selection,installation and commissioning, the determination of technical parameters and other specificengineering practice, this paper explores effective ways of coating high pollution watertreatment and it has a certain practical significance and application value.The running results show that the combined process could effectively remove the pollutantsin wastewater generated by the production process in the coating process of automobile factory,the emissions of COD decreased from1500mg/L to less than400mg/L and other pollutantindicators can also achieve the third grade of national wastewater effluent standardsGB8978-1996. The selection of the equipments is rational, which run well and the treatmenteffect is good. It meets the emission requirements, greatly reduces the processing pressure of thesewage treatment station, and provides the reference sample for the selection andimplementation of other OEMs coating wastewater treatment system.
