ANAMMOX process is a kind of new biological wastewater denitrification process, has the characteristics of environmental, economic and simple technology. Biofilm wastewater denitrification process the denitrification biological wastewater treatment process is one of the hot spot of research, the technology has been widely used in industrial wastewater and urban sewage denitrification process. This paper established a set of gas lift type circulating fluidized bed biofilm reactor, reactor system is studied under different conditions of nitrogen removal performance and the reaction mechanism is analyzed.Based on the above, this paper’s main research content is divided into the following:(1) To establish a set of experiment equipment of anaerobic ammonia oxidation process, the biofilm reactor process performance in the industrial wastewater denitrification treatment at different hydraulic retention time on the nitrogen concentration in the total nitrogen, total nitrogen removal rate and load effects. Results show that the reactor and the total maximum of nitrate nitrogen and total nitrogen removal were476.5mg-N·L-1and510.2mg-N·L-1, the average removal rate of75.2%and61.8%respectively. The reactor performance tests show that increasing the hydraulic retention time, the removal rate of NH4+-N and NO2--N were increased, the reactor has strong shock resistance and good operation stability.(2) Through the gradual change of ammonia nitrogen in water matrix and the ratio of the concentration of nitrate nitrogen, is investigated under the condition of different ratio of denitrification reactor performance. Results show that when the concentration of NH4+-N is25mg-N/L, NH4+-N and NO2+-N concentration distribution ratio is about1:1.38total nitrogen removal percentage reaches maximum value; When the concentration of NH4+-N is50mg-N/L, NH4+-N and NO2-N concentration distribution ratio is about1:1.43total nitrogen removal percentage reaches maximum value; Both ratio close to1:1. The theoretical value of32. When the concentration of NO2+-N exceeds100mg-N/L, inhibition phenomenon in a system, reduce the concentration of NO2+-N, after system back to normal again, showed that inhibitory effect of NO2+-N is reversible to a certain extent, and the reactor has good shock resistance.(3)Through the gradually increase feed water salinity value of matrix, under different salinity values the denitrification performance of anaerobic ammonia oxidation reactor. Results show that when the salinity of2.5-30g·L-1, salinity can promote reactor of nitrogen efficiency; When the salinity value greater than30g·L-1, anaerobic denitrification efficiency of ammonia oxidizing bacteria is affected; When the salinity value less than30g-L"’, reactor and recovery performance. Throughout the salinity experiment, NH4+-N and removal rate of NO2+-N and NO3--N generated rate ratio is very close to the theoretical value of anaerobic ammonia oxidation, show that system can well follow the anaerobic ammonia oxidation theory approach to biological denitrification.(4) Adopts double substrate inhibition of double substrate Monod equation, the single inhibit Haldane equation and double double substrates inhibit inhibit Haldane equation of anaerobic ammonia oxidation reaction rate equation is established. Based on the experimental results, fitting equation constants, and the nitrate nitrogen theory starting inhibition concentration of110.6mg-N/L, the simulation results compared with the experimental results, are in good agreement.
