Chemical pesticide is the essential condition of modernagriculture, agricultural goods, mainly because it can control thecrop disease cordyceps harm for weeding insect-resistant it has highefficiency, quick effect, implementation of prevention and control ofsimple and easy, can be large scale, low cost, high input-output ratio. While the existing pesticide formulations of a single, unreasonableapplication of reason to cause the efficiency is low, at the same time, residual pesticide has caused severe environmental pollution, destroyed the ecological balance, and even affect human health. From research and development costs and pollution of theenvironment into consideration, the development of new pesticideformulations development costs less than research and developmentof new varieties of pesticides, the existing varieties of processingpesticide formulations and formula improvement, develop its newuse, can significantly reduce pesticide use, reduce pollution. So newpesticide formulations technique has been widely concerned. Both at home and abroad to strengthen the development of newdosage forms. In the study of pesticide formulations, it is importantto slow release, controlled release and answer effect. This paper choose two evil mildew and imidacloprid pesticideas the target drug, in two carrier mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41and SBA-15as adsorbent, has carried out two load mesoporousmolecular sieve adsorption of pesticides and slow-releaseperformance study. First choice in different initial concentrationand different temperature, different time, the two carrier for evilmildew and imidacloprid pesticide maximum adsorption conditionselection, and made a physical property characterization of thetwo kinds of carrier; Then from two aspects of the thermodynamicsand kinetics of adsorption of MCM-41and SBA-15adsorption evilmildew and imidacloprid,(1) the main thermodynamics is the studyof adsorbent adsorbate in the various adsorption conditions(different initial concentration and temperature) on the influenceof the adsorption quantity;(2) determination of mesoporousmolecular sieve MCM-41mould and SBA-15of differentconcentrations of evil spirits and the adsorption equilibrium ofimidacloprid, adsorbent adsorption quantity of material in thesolution, get different temperature adsorption isotherm;(3) atdifferent temperatures through data fitting dynamics model, according to the all parameters of the fitting out find model canaccurately describe the adsorption process, and summarizes thepossible adsorption mechanism; Finally, two kinds of drug slowrelease performance of the system are studied, and the effect ofdifferent PH value on the slow release performance.Experiments show that the maximum adsorption capacity ofoptimum condition selection mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41;(1) adsorption mould evil spirit in the temperature of60℃,5mg/mLconcentration, adsorption time about8h when maximumadsorption;(2) the mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15adsorptionmould evil spirit in the temperature of70℃, the concentration of5mg/mL, adsorption time is about6h when maximum adsorption;Mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41;(3) adsorption of imidaclopridin the temperature of30℃,2mg/mL concentration, adsorptiontime is about6h when maximum adsorption;(4) mesoporousmolecular sieve SBA-15adsorption imidacloprid in the temperatureof30℃,2mg/mL concentration, adsorption time of5h around themaximum adsorption; Through adsorption performance to knowtwo kinds of adsorbent adsorption kinetics rate equation fitting ofpesticide, according to the results of the mildew’s adsorptionconforms to level2dynamic model, and the adsorption of imidacloprid pseudo-first-order kinetic model.
