Nowadays, the economic is developed rapidly, on the one hand, we have seen that the economic growth and social prosperity can improve our quality of life; on the other hand, we should also see accompanied by more and more in-depth in the economic development, our own cause pollution and waste get a yearly significant increase. For a sustainable economic and social development, waste is one kind of resources which is placed in wrong position, more comprehensive and in-depth consideration of the role of waste in the economy and society, as well as how to evaluate our way of life on the social and environmental impact in this paper is a growing topic of concern.To address this issue, we use a more comprehensive analysis of the analytical framework-WIO model which is based on the input-output analysis. The WIO model is developed in the original input-output table and based on the introduction of new plus waste input and output sector. Then we can get an overall consideration of the entire economy and society from handling this process from production to disposal. The waste generation and processing sectors in the analysis can enable us to see more clearly what we ignore, especially in terms of impact on the environment. When this basic work completed, we will use the scenario simulations to calculate the impact that the individual behavior change on the environment as a whole. In this article we only take such an example to demonstrate the behavior change of the individual to improve the environment.In this paper, the process of writing mainly in accordance with the following logic:First, a review of the input-output method proposed and the course of development:Secondly, WIO methods for improved input-output method was introduced from a proposal to the practice, including its theoretical foundation and model framework. Once again, in WIO analytical framework based on preparation of China’s WIO table, which is a general and uniform table, the initial process of compiling the WIO table summary from the country’s30provincial-level administrative units. Finally, the expansion of China WIO table based on the basie WIO table, then the applied research, we consider the impact on environment which the people use different transport vehicle to travel. On this basis, this study work finishing draw relevant conclusions, given the policy recommendations proposed deficiencies, as well as further research outlook.The most important research result of this paper is prepared in accordance with the WIO analysis framework of the country’s30provincial-level administrative units, and a national table, an exploratory work to do for the next step to continue to carry out this study, and by a hypothetical environmental effects of individual behavior change the environment is how to exert influence.
