Although horizontal wells in Liaohe Oilfield Technology Application in the Chinese Petroleum Corporation in the forefront, application of horizontal well technology in super heavy oil reservoir, and diversified development of marginal reserves effective use, the old oil field development two times has achieved remarkable results, but in terms of the horizontal well for heavy oil recovery remains to be further improved.In this paper, combined with the characteristics of reservoir of Liaohe Oilfield, the representative fault block wa60thin reservoir, combined with block production history, a numerical model is established, and by fitting the production history, careful analysis of the factors affecting development result, including reservoir thickness, horizontal section length, straight hole, or an inclined section of wellbore heat loss the influence of upper and lower cover layer, heat loss, the effect of steam injection parameters, thin reservoir may lead to the drilling rate low, targeted to carry out the depth and the existing conditions of bottom hole entrance, horizontal wellbore dryness changes in characteristics, reservoir thickness and horizontal section length, the relation of reasonable injection-production parameters optimization design research.This paper applies well model of multi stage new, model considering the influence of wellbore heat transfer, pressure drop, flow, realized from the wellhead to the bottom of reservoir simulation and precise integration. The results show that:the wellbore dryness, temperature change has great influence on the effect of steam stimulation wells, wellbore pressure drop is smaller, weaker effect; effective heating steam stimulation wells is an important factor to ensure the development effect of steam injection, the maximum length of a horizontal well and injection of dry degree, depth and injection rate are closely related, reservoir thickness the lower limit value is mainly controlled by the maximum length of the horizontal section; thin-layer horizontal well under the cover layer heat loss, improve fluid producing intensity can improve the heat utilization efficiency; thin oil reservoir of complicated horizontal well to gull winged dual branch horizontal well exploitation effect best, fishbone four branch horizontal well exploitation effect secondly. Put forward to improve the effect of steam stimulation wells measures for this kind of reservoir, the horizontal well cyclic steam injection parameter optimization design provides scientific basis.
