The various micro-defects and the local stress concentration of metal structure is animportant reason of leading to mechanical and equipment failure as well as accident. There isoften greater stress concentration in the micro-defects region. The crankshaft of thecompressor bears the gas pressure and the reciprocating and rotating inertia force whichcauses the periodic change of the load, and is subject the input torque and produce the role oftorsion vibration. Metal magnetic memory testing is essentially pick up leakage magneticfield information of metal components under the conditions of magnetic field from the metalsurface, found to stress concentration area for the identification of the most dangerous region,aim to detect. This method can take measures before the models failure to avoid the occurredof the accidents.The purpose of this paper is based on magnetic memory testing means to analyze thecrankshaft of the compressor mechanical state. The testing material is45steel which iscompressor crankshaft commonly used materials, and carried out tensile test and fatigue testto analyze the magnetic memory signal characteristics in different tensile stage and fatiguestage, the magnetic memory characterization rule in the tensile and fatigue process. Based onmagnetic memory obtained the compressor crankshaft mechanics state analysis.Review the development of Magnetic Memory test method. Introduce and review thedevelopment of domestic and foreign magnetic memory test hardware, introduce theapplications of ANSYS software.Carry out tensile test on45steel specimens. Use ANSYS to simulate the experimentprocess and analyze the magnetic memory signal characteristics in different tensile stage, thencontrast with the experimental results to obtain the conclusion;Carry out fatigue test on45steel specimens.
