Yingcheng group volcanic reservoir of Xujiaweizi fault depression zone is themain area of the Daqing oil field natural gas development. With the further deepeningof the deep natural gas exploration, the workload of deep volcanic high temperatureand pressure killing is increasing year by year. Choosing the high quality killing fluidis the premise to guarantee the normal construction and natural gas production.Therefore, there is a need for developing anti-high temperature and high pressurekilling fluid technology, to solve the technical problems of reservoir which is3000-4000m depth, the temperature of130-150℃.Xushen gas field Yingcheng group located in east of Daqing changgen area, thatwith large changes in physical properties, and strong heterogeneity, is belong to low aporosity low permeability gas reservoir. This paper studies the structuralcharacteristics of the Xushen area Yingcheng group, mainly for the study of thefollowing aspects: Yingcheng reservoir characteristics and clay minerals analysis,reservoir sensitivity evaluation, reservoir damage mechanism research and study oncorrosion of the three inorganic salts killing fluid. According to the researchdeveloped a new type of anti-high temperature and high pressure, adjustable density,low-cost solid-free formate killing fluid system and evaluated performance of thesystem.The indoor reservoir sensitivity evaluation results displayed: water(salt)sensitivity(medium to strong), speed sensitivity(weak), alkali sensitivity (medium toweak), acid sensitivity(none). The results of the damage mechanism showed that themainly damage of Yingcheng group reservoir is water block damage, basically withno solid phase damage. An indoor experiment selected the species and best dosage ofvarious kinds of processing agents and identified the formate killing fluid systemformula which is important to reduce formation damage caused by kill operation ofXushen gas field, enhance gas recovery and increase economic benefits.
