Because of the high viscosity and the poor liquidity of heavy oil, it will produce difficultproblem while being lifted in the wellbore, so we always use wellbore heating device toensure normal production of heavy oil. At present, there is such a prominent problemin thestudy of wellbore heating device.it is the depth of heating device. We have lack of calculationmethods and data about the depth of Heating device, people usually choose and detemeine thedepth according to their experience and intuitive judgment.That may brings about failure ofheating heavy oil in wellbore by heating device and waste of heat energy. For this situation,combining with heat transfer theory, standing on the basis of predecessors’ research, I carriedout the following research:(1) Analyze the related influence factors of the wellbore oil ’s temperature。(2) According to the basic theory of heat transfer, on the basis of predecessors’ research,Iestablish the mathematical model of wellbore temperature field which is based on the Rameymodel,and the mathematical model of wellbore temperature field based on the massconservation、momentum conservation and energy conservation。(3) By solving the mathematical model of wellbore temperature field, we got the profileof Wellbore temperature.(4) Crude oil viscosity-temperature curve can be measured through the experiment, thencalculate oil viscosity-temperature inflection point.(5) Combining this profile with crude oil viscosity-temperature curve obtained fromtests,We get the fluidable depth of the oil inside the wellbore. that is to say, the depth ofwellbore heating device.(6) Compile the wellbore temperature field software through the mathematicalmodel.Analysis the effect of moisture content of crude oil and crude oil production onwellbore temperature profile. I analysis127-26-33well of liaohe oilfield by some example,and determine the well depth of heating device.Research on wellbore temperature field is a major issue needs to be further studied in thethermal recovery of heavy oil. Research work of this paper is only preliminary, I hope thatthis study can give the thermal recovery of heavy oil in wellbore depth heating deviceprovides the necessary theoretical basis and engineering support.
