Vat blue66is a kind of upscale dye, which is widely used in dye industry. Probing into its low cost, low pollution of synthetic route and synthetic conditions is quitely important. This paper aims to explore the new synthetic process of Vat blue66and constructs a few new catalytic systems which used in the catalytic synthesis of dye intermediate. The mained conclusion is followed:1. In this paper, a new synthetic route of VAT blue66was designed. Using3-methyl-anthra-[1,2-c]-isoxazol-6,11-dione as the starting material, and obtained VAT blue66after reduction ring-opening reaction, bromine substitution reaction, condensation reaction, it greatly shorten the synthetic route, reduce the production cost, and reduce the pollution to the environment. Eventually we succeed in mading the product, and opening up new synthesis technology of Vat blue66.2. In this paper, copper-based compound-hydrazine hydrate, organic amine-hydrazine hydrate, DMF-hydrazine hydrate catalytic systems for the synthesis of1-amino-2-acetyl-anthraquinone were constructed. In copper-based compound-hydrazine hydrate catalytic system, the97.2%high conversion and95%of1-amino-2-acetyl anthraquinone selectively could be gained; In organic amine-hydrazine hydrate catalytic system, the97.2%high conversion and97.2%of1-amino-2-acetyl anthraquinone selectively could be gained; In DMF-hydrazine hydrate catalytic system, the results could reach the93.7%high conversion and95.6%o f1-amino-2-acetyl anthraquinone selectively.
