Calcium alginate fiber root in the narural seaweed,belonging to renewableresources.More and more people pay attention to this materials for its excellenthygroscopicity,biocompatibility and being gelation.However, calcium alginatefiber is easily gelling in sodium salt solution,causing the dyeing difficulties and itsapplication in garment textiles.We prepared G0.5-G4.0PAMAM dendrimers basedon divergence method and modified alginate calcium fiber by pretreatment andaddition in spinning solution,The mainly achievement of this article are asfollows:(1)We synthesis G0.5-G4.0PAMAM dendrimers with ethylenediamine(EDA)and methyl acrylate(MA). In synthetic process, we increased the amount ofmethanol solvent and fixed EDA and MA with methanol solvent first. The infraredspectrum show that the products were high purity; The1HNMR results showed thatthe products had repeat branched unit structure; The ultraviolet spectrum andacid-base titration test show that the structure of product accords woth thestructure of theory.(2) Pretreate the alginate calcium fiber with PAMAM dendrimer and dye thefibers. The best pretreatment process is that: the G4.0PAMAM dendrimer dosage is10%(owf), processing30min at60℃; calcium alginate fiber absorbed PAMAMdendrimers conformed to Languir model, adsorption was a heat release process;The best dyeing process was that::the concentration of reactive dyes was4%(owf),dye temperature was70℃, dye time was30min, then wash and dry the fibers. ThePAMAM modified calcium alginate fibers had good affinity, the breaking strengthloss rate of fibers was about20%.(3) Add PAMAM dendrimer into the spinning solution to modified the fiber,then dye the fibers。The best dyeing process was that: the concentration of reactivedyes was4%(owf), dye temperature was70℃, dye time was30min, then wash anddry the fibers; The balance dyeing percentage of reactive dyes A-BGFN to calcium alginate fibers was90%; Half dyeing time was8.5min; The diffusion coefficientincreases with temperature rising; The adsorption isotherm belong to Nernst type;Dyeing was an endothermic process; The PAMAM modified calcium alginatefibers had good affinity, the breaking strength loss rate of fibers was about15%.
