In recent years, with the development of domestic economy and industry, people more and more is also high to the requirement of production safety, equipment protection device continuously improve the safety and reliability requirements. But domestic safety protection device safety, reliability is not high, and single function, difficult to meet the requirements of domestic industrialization of security.Industrial protective screen are used to implement the detection range of safety inspection and safety control, has the characteristics of simple structure, high resolution, high reliability, often used in various industrial production equipment as a protective device. Reliability work exists in every link in the design of the light curtain, including from a functional solutions to specific circuit and environmental adaptation, etc. Need comprehensive treatment system functions and the influence of various environmental factors on the system itself, to ensure that the screen work long time with high reliability. Based on industrial protective screen system as the research object, according to the features of reliability design, the core module of system and the reliability of the system as a whole has been studied. Research main content is divided into five parts:the first part of the safety light curtain technology at home and abroad are reviewed. The development and application status, analysis of reliability importance screen, the ideas how to further improve the system performance and technical indicators; The second part describes the basic principle of light curtain and reliability strategy, given the corresponding theoretical basis and improve the method; The third part analyzes in detail the system hardware design, from each module detailed design to components selection, improve anti-jamming technology and the technical design of fault detection, etc.; The fourth part describes the light curtain, software system design and realization of the system Part v for the system and perform the reliability test, the stability of the current and surge immunity and environmental stress screening test to compare the comprehensive test, performance test accordingly, the reliability design of the experiments show that the proposed scheme comply with the design requirements. This article through to the system reliability modeling, implementation based on the fuzzy reliability design of reliability allocation. Using double redundancy control system, solves the signal receiving and control and the contradiction between detection and information feedback, improve the real-time performance and stability of the system, and the key module has failure detection function. Through the derating design, redundancy design, circuit system blocking filter and the electromagnetic compatibility design, improve the system performance and the ability of environmental stress.Through test showed that industrial protective screen system based on infrared technology reliability, sensitivity, response time, etc have improved obviously, and can provide more reasonable and more human nature for the use of personnel of the service, the experiment and the results have reached the design requirements and purpose.
