Along with the social development and human activities increase, cadmium (Cd)pollution especially heavy metal pollution problems are increasingly serious. As one of thefour major oil crops, the peanut is squeezed oil consumption, combination of economic crop,is also a variety of food processing raw materials and additives, has very high nutritionalvalue and economic value. In recent years, the export of Chinese peanuts constantly underthe influence of heavy metals, especially the cadmium, study the effective ways to reducethe cadmium accumulation of peanut has become urgently needs to solve the problem. Byusing microbial technology repair contaminated soil, reduce the effective cadmium contentin the soil, low cost, high efficiency and less pollution etc. Bacillus subtilis as an idealbio-control bacteria, research on cadmium accumulation effect and its mechanism of peanutis important now.This study begin from bacillus subtilis on plant physiological aspects is discussed underCd stress peanut physiological effect and Cd accumulation effect. Results showed thatbacillus subtilis can obviously alleviate the impact of the mild Cd stress on the chlorophyllcontent, in the mature period seems the bigger the effect is more obvious, it also helps toimprove the ability of photosynthesis, increase dry matter accumulation. Promote the growthof plants. Bacillus subtilis can obviously alleviate the influence of the conductivity of Cdstress on peanut leaves, the fancy stitch period effect is obvious, which reduce Cd peanut leafplasmalemma damage, reduce the ion exosmosis, decreased leaf plasmalemma permeability.Bacillus subtilis can effectively alleviate the impact of the Cd stress on peanut root activity,the fancy stitch period effect is obvious. Peanut leaf protective enzyme activity, SOD withbacillus subtilis dosage reduction after rising first, POD increased with increment of dosage ofbacillus subtilis. Peanut leaf MDA and decreased with increment of dosage of bacillus subtilis.Bacillus subtilis that not only can enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes, reducing thebody, H2O2, O2-and-OH, the accumulation of harmful substances, but also can alleviatemembrane lipid peroxidation, so as to relieve the stress function of Cd to peanuts. Join bacillus subtilis may enhance the peanut growth, namely the effective increase in peanut mainstem height, lateral branch length, plant dry weight and plant fresh weight. Bacillus subtilis ofpeanut yield factors also play a role, on bacillus subtilis,2g/kg, significantly increased thepeanut fruit weight per plant and full rate. Bacillus subtilis can inhibit the Cd accumulation ofpeanut kernels.And then research on the soil bacillus subtilis (brown soil, moisture soil and cinnamonsoil), the influence of the biological effective state of Cd content, clear the effectiveness ofsoil Cd and negative correlation relationship between the pH, confirmed that the bacillussubtilis can reduce the effective content of Cd in the soil, make effective configuration Cdtransfer to other form, and bacillus subtilis for three types of cadmium in soil, cinnamon soileffective states be most affected. Finally from the molecular point of view, through themethods of transmission electron microscope and infrared spectrum analysis, paper analyzesthe formation of bacillus subtilis adsorption of Cd and Cd adsorption mainly group, resultsshowed that bacillus subtilis strains to the enrichment of Cd with strong resistance and ability,it can be inside the cell wall and cell particle sediment to form the Cd, and confirmed maingroup group is mainly involved in the adsorption of cadmium-NH,-OH,-COOH,-CONH,CH3-,-C-O, etc.
