The object of the subject is waste emulsion by the physical and chemical emulsion of breaking, the COD value reach up to tens of thousand, the composition is complicated, and difficult to break down, our country delimits that it is hazardous waste. If not handle properly,it may cause serious harm to the ecological environment,Flora and fauna and people health. By the general physical and chemical combination process, it can only be a simple oil-water separator, but the COD value of the treated wastewater is still very high, so it is particularly important to find an efficient and simple way of the waste emulsion. The test methods deal with waste emulsion by the use of ozone alone and co-oxidation pretreatment, ozonation technology has the ability of strong processing, the lower cost and no secondary pollution,it has great development in the treatment of high concentration of refractory waste emulsion. The test firstly study the removal result after ozonation of waste emulsion, on this basis, by changing conditions of the pH and dosing H2O2, and study the removal of waste emulsion under the best conditions. The study shows that when use the ozonation independently,COD removal rate is only52.2%and the chroma removal rate is63.6%by the dosage of ozone is165.32mg/L; According to the needs of the actual industrial water treatment for the perspective of reducing the cost, adjusting the pH of the water sample to10and adding1g30%H2O2,the ozone dosage is220.42mg/L,COD removal rate is80.6%, the chroma removal rate is84.1%.The test data shows that COD and color removal effect is great by the treat of ozonation technology in the machining production waste of pretreatment and it can pave the way for subsequent biological treatment.
