Electrospray Ionization-High Resolution Mass Spectrometry (ESI-HRMS) is emerging in recent years. It has been widely applied to many disciplines of molecular characterization analysis. Higher than the single-stage mass spectrometry with the sensitivity and selectivity of tandem mass spectrometry, it has opened a window for the rapid analysis of complex samples according to the cleavage pathway, characteristic fragment ions and neutral molecules lost.Taking cucurbiturils as host molecules and carbazole derivatives as ligand, the studies on their interaction mode of inclusion are of great significance in the field of supramolecular research field. Currently, the individual with HRMS study inclusion mode of cucurbiturils and carbazole derivatives interaction and fragmentation regularity no relevant literature, in-depth study of carbazole derivatives and with the inclusion cucurbiturils mode with HRMS method, to the commencement of the work of such substances have far-reaching significance.1, Analysis of eight kinds of three types of carbazole derivative with HRMS, discovered and vested carbazole compounds with different charge electron-capture, this was a new inquiry in multiply charged of small organic molecule in MS.2, Do further study of eight kinds of three types of carbazole derivatives by high-resolution tandem mass spectrometry attributed their cleavage fragments, identified their best pyrolysis collision energy,and did the MS and MS-MS pyrolysis work to two cucurbiturils separately, laid the foundation for subsequent inclusion model study.3, Separately studied eight kinds of carbazole derivatives complement each other with cucurbiturils,discussed the complexes of MS and MS-MS, belonged to the inclusion of pyrolysis fragments, then launched and verified their mutual inclusion mode.
