Increasing attention has been paid to inorganic-organic hybrid materials, due to theintresting structure, catalytic, electrochemistry, magnetic and photochemistry applications.Based on the tungsten/Polyoxovanadates basic building unit, combined with theprinciple of molecular design, by the conventional synthesis method and hydrothermalsynthesis methods, successfully constructed a series based on multi-metal tungsten/Polyoxovanadates. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, TGAanalysis, UV-vis, XRD, XPS and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and preliminarystudy some fluorescent and electrochemical properties of the compounds.1. By hydrothermal method, the reactions of phosphotungstic acid with metal and ligandsincluding polycarboxyl group obtain two new Keggin anion type inorganic-organic hybridmaterials.Na4(H7C7NO44(PW12O40)2·9H2O(1)H6(C6H5NO2)3[PW12O40]·H2O (2)The two Keggin type of [PW12O40]3-are connected by Na, obtaining the compound1dimer. The dimers interact by intermolecular forces, forming two different sizes of thechannel. The compound2is a3D supramolecular compound. The [PW12O40]3-anion andcarboxylic acids ligand interact by intermolecular forces, forming Sunflower shape.2. The reactions of1-C7H10NC2H5Br ionic liquid with phosphotungstic、silicotungsticacid gave three new polyoxometalates-ionic liquid.[C7H10N]3PW12O40(3)[C7H10N]3SiW12O40(4)[C7H10N]6P2W18O62(5)The complexes were characterized by1H NMR, IR spectra, XRD and UV. And we focuseon studying the electrocatalytic property of compounds.3. Using hydrothermal synthesis method, with the introduction of organic ligandscontaining N, vanadium pentoxide as initial material, successfully obtained the3cases withvanadium oxide clusters. [Zn(C12H8N2)]2(V12VO32)· H2O (6)Ni[H(C3H10N2)3][V5IVVV10O36(Cl)](7)[ZnH3(C3H10N2)2][V8IVV8VO38(Cl)](8)The [V12VO32]4-group in complex6was connected with [Zn(C12H8N2)]24+obtaining2Dcompound.
