Aiming at water plugging in each deep profile control in oil field, the high temperatureresistance plugging agent is demanded for blocking out the water layer and channeling. Overthe years, people do a lot of research of high temperature resistance plugging agent, andachieved significant progress. This article is given priority to the industrial waste residue ofmajor steel mills by fine grinding processing, and adding dispersant, alkaline activator,retarder to produce a kind of high temperature resistant double excitation inorganic pluggingagent.By means of the research of the high temperature resistant inorganic adjustable doubleexcitation principle of gel plugging agent, we deepen the understanding of double excitationinorganic adjustable plugging agent. Slag is mainly composed of glass and crystal phase andglass phase is composed of rich calcium and silicon rich phase. Under the effect of activator,the strong effect of high concentration of OH-overcomes the decomposition activationenergy of rich calcium, and make the rich calcium phase solubilizing. When calcium richphase solubilizes, the vitreous body of the double excitation inorganic plugging agentdisintegrates, and the rich silicon phase gradually exposed in alkaline medium, which reactswith the OH-in the activator and curing in the end. Experiments were put on the influence ofvarious drugs added amount on the high temperature resistant double excitation inorganicadjustable plugging agent, and the experimental results show that the thickening time ofblocking agent and inorganic curing time of the high temperature resistant double excitationadjustable is inversely proportional to the amount, and is proportional to the amount ofretarder. And we evaluate the performance of the high temperature resistant double excitationinorganic plugging agent, and the experimental results show that the thickening time andcuring time of inorganic adjustable plugging agent with high temperature resistant doubleexcitation have characters of enough wide adjustment range, high compressive strength,outstanding resistance to high temperature performance, and the profile control slurry hasgood liquidity and the volume stability before and after curing, and the appropriate cost andother characteristics, so the high temperature resistant double excitation adjustable pluggingagent is a inorganic material similar to the type of hydraulic cement and gypsum type gasrigid gelled material, the environment of high temperature and long time under the conditionof retarded use more has its superiority. So high temperature resistant double excitation adjustable plugging agent can be used as cement and other inorganic non-metallic inorganicgelled material supplement, widening the application fields of inorganic gelled material andusing range, which can be used in the thermal recovery of heavy oil and steam injection wellplugging sealing channeling, oil well sand control sand consolidation areas.
