LED chip processing emit large quantities of organic wastewater and acid waste water, and a small amount of fluoride wastewater. Organic pollutants in wastewater from the main components including organic alcohol; acid and alkali waste water mainly components include inorganic acid, alkali and so on, these pollutants without effective treatment and discharge, will caused great harm to the surrounding environment.LED wastewater in chip processing emit large quantities of high concentration wastewater at home and abroad, the study is less, the focus of research is still in the high fluoride water, acid and alkali waste water treatment, for such a high concentration of refractory organic wastewater, the present research reached a certain level, but the depth of processing is still of great research the space needle, so this paper LED organic wastewater was studied. According to the waste COD, SS high characteristics, combined with the industrial waste water treatment theory, we puts forward a set of LED production of organic waste water treatment process.This thesis mainly studies the LED organic wastewater treatment process and design. According to LED production of organic waste water treatment process, the main purpose is to optimize the design and improve processing efficiency, and explore the optimal operating parameters.Through a series of experimental study, the conclusions are as follows:while pH is set to7.5、PAC0.6g/L and PAM1mg/L, it formed large and dense alum, good sedimentation effect, clear and transparent water; Hydrolysis acidification column of dissolved oxygen in the0~0.2mg/L, temperature of20~25℃, the optimum hydraulic retention time of12h, under this condition, the effluent COD average removal rate was71.87%, SS average removal rate was40.53%; Biological contact oxidation column DO control in2~4mg/L, the optimum temperature of20℃, hydraulic retention time of HRT to8h, COD removal effect is best.In the optimal process parameters, based on the pollution index for monitoring system of main pollutants, COD、SS removal effect is obvious, and the system run stably, effluent COD、SS concentration is low, and itsconsistent with the fully the "Liaoning Province integrated wastewater discharge standard"(DB21/1627-2008).
